First register the app and create a login. Select the mobile key and check-in button and select create an account at the bottom of the page. You will have to enter an email address and create a password. The app will send an email to the address you provided for verification.

The email you use for your reservation has to be the same as the email you used for your app account. Your reservation may require a deposit. If you are checking the app on the same day you made your reservation, the deposit might not be processed yet.
To gain key access, all individuals should login to the app with your login credentials.
