where do i download the app?

The app is available on both the Android and Apple stores, by searching for the keyword Grand Geneva

i have downloaded the app, now what? 

First register the app and create a login.  Select the mobile key and check-in button and select create an account at the bottom of the page. You will have to enter an email address and create a password. The app will send an email to the address you provided for verification. 

What iF I didn't receive the verification email?

Check your junk email folders and spam filters. 

i have a reservation, but it is not showing in the app?

The email you use for your reservation has to be the same as the email you used for your app account. Your reservation may require a deposit. If you are checking the app on the same day you made your reservation, the deposit might not be processed yet. 

How do I share a digital key with other members of my family?

To gain key access, all individuals should login to the app with your login credentials.
