The Chalet is our non-traditional, rustic wedding venue that is truly unique. Located by the ski hill, it features large windows with scenic views, paver brick floors, exposed beams and large rustic chandeliers. This venue can accommodate up to 160 guests and offers a unique outdoor patio space with a view of The Highlands golf course.
The Pavilion is our outdoor reception option and features stunning views of the golf courses. It can also be transformed into a beautiful ceremony location. The space has removable sides and can accommodate up to 150 guests for a reception and up to 300 for a ceremony
The Forum is the largest wedding venue at Grand Geneva and can be separated into four individual spaces. Your wedding guests will be speechless seeing the 13,000 square pillarless feet. This space is bright and airy, featuring contemporary lighting, clean wall lines and new carpet. A private entrance, large pre-function space, outdoor patio, easy accessibility from guestrooms and parking, and large bathrooms make it the perfect place to host more than 1,000 people.
The opulently stylish Evergreen Ballroom, located on the upper level of the hotel, features large windows spanning the length of the room and neutral colors overlooking the 18th hole of The Brute golf course as well as our private lake and fountain. The Evergreen can seat up to 230 people for an elegant celebration.
One of our largest and most traditional venues, the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests. The large chandeliers and oversized mirrors create an elegant ambiance. The private, generously sized foyer opens to an outdoor patio area ideal for a cocktail hour.
Leave your guests in awe when you host your reception in our Maple Lawn Ballroom. The Maple Lawn Ballroom is beautifully decorated with elegant décor with rustic charm and a large foyer suitable for a cocktail reception. It can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
Perfect for brides and grooms looking for a smaller, more intimate wedding reception with 40 to 80 guests for dinner and dancing. The Linwood Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor access. The patio provides access for your guests to step outside and enjoy the beautiful views of the resort.
We have four stunning outdoor ceremony lawns, the Fairview, Greenview, Lakeview and Chalet lawn. Three offer beautiful scenic views of the lake and The Brute golf course, and one offers woodlands and country views. Greenview can accommodate up to 150 guests for your ceremony, while Fairview can accommodate up to 400 guests and Lakeview can accommodate up to 150 guests. The Chalet lawn can accommodate up to 170 guests.
All spaces are ideal for outdoor cocktail hours.
Ristorante Brissago and Geneva ChopHouse both welcome wedding rehearsal dinners and small wedding receptions of 16 to 40 guests. We offer a custom room setup for your special day. Our group coordinator will work with you to ensure the room fits your specific needs.
