Fitness Classes

Grand Geneva's Fitness Center offers a wide variety of weekly fitness classes, led by some of the best trainers and exercise facilitators in the area. Resort guests, community members and WELL Spa members who are older than 16-years-old are welcome to attend classes on a drop-in basis, unless otherwise indicated.

Beyond classes, our Fitness Center also offers personal training and fitness assessments. If you're interested in making personal strides in your fitness goals, speak with the front desk to schedule one of these sessions.

Personal Training

A one-on-one personalized exercise program with a fitness specialist can help you get started on your own fitness program, or it can assist you with an advanced program if you need a change in your fitness regimen. Training may consist of the following: strength training machines, free weights, resistance bands, sport specific exercises, flexibility and any personal goals. Individual sessions and packages are available and you can use them in a half-hour or full hour sessions.
