Make the most of your day on the hill by starting out with a lesson. Build confidence and skills in skiing or snowboarding in 90 minutes. Near Chicago and Milwaukee, Grand Geneva offers the perfect learning experience for everyone in the family. Our lessons provide a safe and fun learning experience for all ages and ability levels. We offer private, semi-private and group lessons for both adults and children. Our Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) certified instructors are trained on the latest skiing and snowboarding techniques and offer individual attention to encourage both beginners and advanced students.
Are you a first-time skier or snowboarder? Then a beginner group lesson is right for you. Our certified staff will guide you through the learning process and make sure you enjoy your first run down the slopes. Must be at least 7 years old to participate in a group lesson.
Beginner Ski Lesson: Starting at $90 per person
All lessons begin promptly at the designated snow sports meeting place. Please allow enough time (45 to 60 minutes) to redeem lift tickets, obtain rentals and use the restroom before going to the meeting location. Due to the number of participants, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals. Refunds will not be issued.

Private Children’s ski lessons are a great fit for three to six-year-old skiers who have mastered the Snow Cubs ski lesson or need one-on-one attention. A private children’s snowboard lesson is a great fit for any three to six-year-old who wants to learn to snowboard.

Ages 3-6 Years Old

Mountain Mites is designed for children 7 – 13 years of age. Skiers should have already taken a beginner lesson and have mastered the ability to stop and turn. This program is best for skiers who want to progress beyond the beginner lesson. Children spend a lot of time on the snow having a great time and becoming better skiers. Helmet use is mandatory.
9:30-11:30am - $120 (includes lesson only, lift ticket and rentals must be purchased additionally)

A program specially designed with our youngest guests in mind. Children 3 – 6 years old are introduced to skiing with their peers in a fun and controlled setting. These classes are led by Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) certified instructors who love and specialize in working with children. Students are required to wear helmets at all lesson.
All season on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Session one - 9-10:30am - $150 (includes lift ticket, rental, lesson and hot chocolate post lesson)
Session two - 11-12:30pm - $150 (includes lift ticket, rental, lesson and hot chocolate post lesson)
Session three - 1-2:30pm - $150 (includes lift ticket, rental, lesson and hot chocolate post lesson)
