Chef recently started preparing his own dry-aged, whiskey-wrapped steaks for Geneva ChopHouse. These hand-cut tomahawk and ribeyes slumber in bourbon and scotch whiskey for 45 days, tenderly cared for by our chefs. We have a very limited quantity of these specials when they become available and they go fast!
