Meet the Golf Team

The Grand Geneva Golf Team is made up of quality senior leadership and excellent PGA experience that will help take your game to the next level.  Our team provides everything from individual instruction to couples and junior instruction, refresher clinics, and VIP Golf School.

Please help us welcome our New Director of Golf, Ryan Brown. Joining us as an 11 year PGA member with experience at Eagle Ridge Resort and Boyne Resorts, Ryan brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the sport. Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and his favorite Grand Geneva course is The Brute.

Alex jimenez, PGA, teaching professional

Educated through the Golf Academy of America and an experienced PGA member, Alex has been teaching golf for over 15 years and has been here at Grand Geneva for the past four years. He is currently a Teaching Professional. From breaking down the basics to personalized instruction for elite players, Alex knows how to improve your game. Alex graduated from Stetson University and his favorite Grand Geneva course is The Highlands.

dave hallenbeck, golf Ambassador

An integral part of Grand Geneva's team for an incredible 48 years, Dave's experience and knowledge of golf and Grand Geneva Resort is impressive, to say the least. Formerly our Director of Golf, this season Dave has taken the title of Golf Ambassador as he begins planning for retirement. Dave graduated from UW-Whitewater and his favorite Grand Geneva course is The Highlands.

Tanner joined the Grand Geneva team 5 years ago and is our 1st Assistant Golf Professional. Whether you want to master our courses or need some educational feedback, Tanner's well-rounded skill set will help you dial in.
