Enjoy a restaurant-takeover at Grand Geneva’s Ristorante Brissago. Guests may now book a complete restaurant buyout with a private chef dinner prepared by the resort’s acclaimed Executive Chef Nelly Buleje and the Ristorantè Brissago culinary team. Chef will prepare a five-course tasting dinner featuring the best of Brissago with each course paired with a wine pour.

These Brissago private chef dinners are available Thursdays in October, November & December with a 10-person minimum. Dinner includes a 5-course tasting menu plus a wine pour with each course. The cost is $90 per person plus sales tax and service charge. The dinner host will connect with Chef Nelly Buleje prior to the dinner to discuss menu options and ideas. Winter Wine Series at Grand Geneva: Join Grand Geneva Resort & Spa’s Executive Chef Nelly Buleje for an evening of delicious food and wine this winter. There are two events on the calendar, but hurry, reservations must be made in advance as seating is limited. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend these exclusive wine events. Please indicate table size upon booking. Tables range from 2-6 people per table and all tables will be socially distanced to meet required guidelines with outdoor access readily available, weather permitting.
