Where to wine & dine this fall & winter:

NEW: Grand Geneva Resort & Spa’s restaurant offerings include exclusive wine dinners, private restaurant buyouts plus all-pumpkin everything


For groups:

Enjoy a restaurant-takeover at Grand Geneva’s Ristorante Brissago. Guests may now book a complete restaurant buyout with a private chef dinner prepared by the resort’s acclaimed Executive Chef Nelly Buleje and the Ristorantè Brissago culinary team. Chef will prepare a five-course tasting dinner featuring the best of Brissago with each course paired with a wine pour.


The perfect experience for a private dinner to reconnect with friends, family, or colleagues over wine and delicious food. Leave the details to us while catching up with those you have missed.


These Brissago private chef dinners are available Thursdays in October, November & December with a 10-person minimum. Dinner includes a 5-course tasting menu plus a wine pour with each course. The cost is $90 per person plus sales tax and service charge. The dinner host will connect with Chef Nelly Buleje prior to the dinner to discuss menu options and ideas. For oenophiles:

Winter Wine Series at Grand Geneva: Join Grand Geneva Resort & Spa’s Executive Chef Nelly Buleje for an evening of delicious food and wine this winter. There are two events on the calendar, but hurry, reservations must be made in advance as seating is limited. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend these exclusive wine events. Please indicate table size upon booking. Tables range from 2-6 people per table and all tables will be socially distanced to meet required guidelines with outdoor access readily available, weather permitting. Please note, all guests are required to wear masks when not at the table. Click here for reservations

As always, Executive Chef Nelly has tailored restaurant menus to include seasonal, fresh ingredients and this fall is no exception. During the month of October, guests may enjoy several sugar pumpkin dishes crafted by the resort’s star culinary team. Here’s what’s on the menu at 3 resort restaurants:


Ristorantè Brissago

Zucca Zuccherata




Sugar Pumpkin, prosciutto crisps, buffalo burrata, sage brown butter and pumpkin oil




Seared duck breast, sugar pumpkin puree, wood oven roasted mushrooms, asparagus confit and Borolo wine reduction
