What phone number do I call to make a room reservation?

Please call (877) 741-9598 to book your room at our resort.

Can I book a room reservation online?

Yes. Room reservations can be made online from any page of the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa website.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

This depends. There may be a minimum length of stay restriction set up for particular sets of dates or on weekends at the Main Lodge at Grand Geneva and at The Villas at Grand Geneva. Please speak to our reservations team for more information on length of stay requirements (877) 741-9598.

What types of rooms are available?

Our Main Lodge has both lakeside and courtside rooms available, with a choice of king or two full size beds, as well as suites. Our Villas range from studios to three bedrooms and Timber Ridge Lodge has one and two bedroom suites. A selection of each room type provides accessible accommodations, available upon request at time of reservation.

Are more spacious accommodations available for families or groups of friends?

do you offer special packages or discounts?

Yes. There are always vacation packages and deals available for couples, families, golfers, skiers, spa-goers and just about anyone who wants to relax. Do You offer AAA or military discounts?

Yes. We offer AAA and military members, as well as government employees, a 15% discount off our best available rate (based on availability) during your stay. Learn more about our military discounts on rooms, meetings and events. The AAA discount is applied while booking your stay.

Do I need a credit card to check-in?

Yes. A major credit card must be presented at check-in for each reservation.

What is your cancelation policy?

Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s room and tax.

ARe there age requirements to reserve a room and check-in?

Yes. You must be at least 21-years-old to reserve a room and stay at Grand Geneva.

What is the daily resort fee?

There is a $29 per day resort fee plus applicable tax applied to each hotel reservation and includes amenities that are sure to enhance your experience. This fee includes the following services: valet parking, on-property shuttle service, fitness center access, Wi-Fi, local and toll-free calls, indoor and outdoor pool access, in-room coffee and water, and so much more. Do you allow pets?

Yes. Grand Geneva is proud to offer pet friendly accommodations to guests traveling with their dogs 25 pounds and under for $65 per night or $75 for two dogs. The pet fee is pre-charged upon booking. We have a two-dog maximum. Service animals are always welcome. Learn more about the Grand Geneva Pet Club. A limited number of pet rooms are available, all located on the courtside of the resort.

Check-In & Amenities

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4pm. Check-out by 11am. Our bell desk will store your luggage at no charge until your room is ready or after you've checked out so you can enjoy the resort.

Can i check-in online?

Yes, you can download the Grand Geneva App, Available on the App Store or Get It On Google Play You can skip the check-in line, activate your mobile room key, request services, purchase lift tickets and spa services, order in-room dining and more. 

Is there a refrigerator in the room?

Yes. All rooms have a mini-refrigerator stocked with two bottles of water, included in the daily resort fee.

Is there internet access?

Yes. Wi-Fi is included in the daily resort fee.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes. All rooms have hairdryers, as well as WELL Spa + Salon signature bath products including shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion

Are cribs and roll-away beds available?

Yes. These items are available by request. Rollaway beds are an additional $15 per night. Portable cribs are complimentary.

is childcare available? 

Grand Geneva does not provide on-site childcare.
