- Overnight accommodations
- One Haunted Hayride ticket per person - runs Fridays and Saturdays in October (the number of adults and children must be correct on the reservation to receive the correct number of tickets)
- Trolley or van transportation to the Haunted Hayride
- Complimentary bonfire before and after the Haunted Hayride. Concessions are also available for purchase at the hayride.
Hayrides are on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must arrive at the stables by 8pm to be guaranteed a hayride. Hayrides run Friday and Saturdays, September 29 through October 28. Plus, Sunday, October 8 for a special Columbus Day Weekend ride. If room occupancy is different at check-in, additional Haunted Barn passes will need to be purchased directly at Dan Patch Stables. All rates exclude a daily resort fee of $35 plus tax for rooms at the Main Lodge and $70 plus tax for Villa accommodations. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival at the Main Lodge and 7 days prior to arrival at The Villas to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. A $35 processing fee will be charged with any Villa cancellation. Some dates may require a two-night minimum stay. Not valid with any other packages, discounts or special promotions.
