Double occupancy (two people) starts at $1,999
Single occupancy starts at $1,399

All rates exclude a daily resort fee of $35 plus tax for rooms at the Main Lodge. Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival at the Main Lodge to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Not applicable toward group bookings. Not valid with any other packages, discounts or special promotions.

James has seven years of experience as a certified Level 2 Wim Hof instructor and is certified in two different breathwork practices. He's excited to lead you through the breathwork and ice bath experience to understand the deep and pervasive benefits of each. He will explain the science and show you the process of how to implement this practice into your daily routine so you are able to live happier, stronger and healthier lives.

Jesse Coomer

Jesse is a leading authority in the realm of breathwork. He is the esteemed author of "A Practical Guide to Breathwork" and "The Language of Breath." He also serves as the lead faculty at The Language of Breath Breathworker School. His expertise extends to being a Human Performance Specialist and a sought-after speaker, further solidifying his reputation as a breathwork specialist.

Most of this retreat is experiential, but there will be some lectures as well. Prepare to learn more about how your conscious and unconscious processes work together to create your lived experience. Then learn how modalities such as breathwork can be used to influence these natural processes.
