New this year: Culinary couples (or “Galentines”) will enjoy Grand Geneva’s new Valentine’s Day chef series offering guests a front-row seat to live demonstrations and instruction from the resort's culinary artists. With one class offered each night February 9 through 11, demonstrations include a chocolate class with the resort's pastry chef; a class on dishes to impress your valentine such as sous vide halibut with executive chef Dustin Urbanik’s signature béarnaise sauce; and a demonstration on how to make the ultimate charcuterie board with Grand Geneva’s chef Marvilou Buleje. Seating is extremely limited for these intimate culinary experiences. Early reservations are recommended. Details here.
