We want your stay in The Villas at Grand Geneva to be a relaxing getaway. Here are answers to frequently asked questions about staying at The Villas. Please visit our general FAQ page if you have other questions about your visit to Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

Before You Book

Where are the villas located?

The Villas are located on property at Grand Geneva near WELL Spa + Salon, 0.7 miles off of Highway 50.

Is a deposit required at the time of reservation for the villas?

Yes, a one night deposit is charged at the time of the reservation.

What is the cancelation policy at The Villas?

Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s room and tax. A $35 processing fee will be charged with any cancellation.

Are there age requirements to stay at the villas?

Yes. You must be 25 or older to reserve a room and stay in The Villas.

Do you allow pets at the villas?

Yes. Grand Geneva is proud to offer pet friendly accommodations to guests traveling with their dogs 25 pounds and under for $65 per night or $75 for two dogs. The pet fee is pre-charged upon booking. We have a two dog maximum. Service animals are always welcome. Learn more about the Grand Geneva Pet Club.

How do i get from The Villas to the Main lodge and other places around the resort?

The Grand Trolley can pick you up from three spots near The Villas. Download the Trolley Tracker app for Apple or Android or call the concierge at extension 3121.

Where do i park when i'm staying at the villas?

Surface self parking is complimentary. There will be one reserved parking spot near each Villa entrance. Additional parking is also available in villa parking lots. A parking pass is required for each car staying overnight in a villa. Valet parking is available complimentary when at the Main Lodge.

Where do i check in if i'm staying at the Villas?

Guests staying in The Villas will check-in at the Main Lodge.

Are portable cribs or rollaway beds available at the villas?

Portable cribs are available upon request and are complimentary. Rollaway beds are not available for villa rooms.

is room service available to guests staying in the Villas?

Yes. The Main Lodge's In-Room Dining amenity is extended to guests staying in The Villas, in addition to grocery service delivery. Call (262) 249-4788 to order room service between 6am-12am. Order groceries online before your arrival and have them waiting in your refrigerator upon arrival.

Do the villas have grills?

Yes. There are several grills located outside, as well as picnic benches. They are available seasonally.

Is there a pool for guests?

Yes. Villa guests have exclusive access to a private Villa pool located just steps from their back doors with pool furniture and umbrellas available on a first-come basis. Additionally, the Main Lodge indoor pool is available for use and Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark passes are available for purchase through the main lodge front desk (based on availability). The main lodge outdoor pool is only available to guests staying at the main lodge.

Is food allowed at the pool?

Yes, however glassware of any kind is strictly prohibited. Our in-room dining team is happy to deliver food to your poolside location or Villa. And don’t forget to take advantage of our grocery delivery service available exclusively to Villa guests.
