If you're looking for a place to eat, this is it! Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is home to nine restaurants and 11 kitchens at our 1,300-acre resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Something is always cooking and these are the chefs who bring the flavor to your table. All of them are passionate about creating experiences for their guests. Without passion, food falls flat. Bringing worldly experiences back home to Lake Geneva, Executive Chef Nelly Buleje started his culinary career cooking room service orders and slicing the weekend prime rib buffet at Grand Geneva 17 years ago.

Chef de cusine Becky Santner

An evolving master of Italian cuisine, Becky Santer creates the authentic and flavorful dishes of Ristorante Brissago. She carefully crafts pasta by hand, dotes on savory sauces for hours and tends to the wood-burning oven so it stays at an even 650 degrees to kiss each dish with extra flavor from the oaky aroma.

Garde Manger Chef Marvi Lou Mapa

The garde manger kitchen at Grand Geneva is full of beautiful cutting boards, blocks of aged cheeses, mounds of fresh fruit and loads of potential, thanks to Marvi Lou Mapa. She's the creative genius behind the new ingredients and flavors to hit the cutting board at the resort recently. Bringing her regional cuisine trends from around the world, including her home in the Philippines.

Banquet Sous Chef Scott Johnson brings more than 40 years of kitchen experience to Grand Geneva. His leadership roles developed during his time as a cook in the military and his passion for plenty made him a master in large banquet kitchens where he has made his career as a talented chef.
