Wollersheim Winery & Distillery: October 2025

This October, we're excited to spotlight Wollersheim Winery & Distillery: a Wisconsin treasure with a story as rich as its wines. Since the 1840s, Wollersheim has been cultivating hillside vineyards along the Wisconsin River, beginning with early pioneers and continuing today under the care of the Coquard family. What began as a small hillside vineyard has grown into a celebrated winery, distillery and historic landmark that produces award-winning wines and spirits rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.

The Grand Geneva Culinary Team is proud to partner with Wollersheim to bring the depth and character of their wine and spirits to this season’s featured dishes. From slow-braised mains to wine-infused pastries, each dish highlights the bold, balanced flavors of this storied Wisconsin estate.
