May Honey Farm: September 2025

This September, we're excited to spotlight Sunny Hill Honey: a local gem with deep roots and a rich legacy. Since 1948, Sunny Hill has been producing pure, sustainably harvested honey across the Chicagoland region. Owner Colin May continues the tradition with care, moving hives seasonally to support pollination and strengthen local ecosystems. The Grand Geneva Culinary Team is proud to partner with Sunny Hill to bring their golden, floral-sweet honey to the forefront of our seasonal dishes. From savory mains to indulgent pastries, each creation is thoughtfully crafted to let this exceptional local honey shine.
