We are so excited to welcome you to Grand Geneva Resort & Spa for the upcoming wedding celebration.

Here are some suggestions to help your arrival day go smooth:

Check-in Time:

• Check-in time begins at 4pm
• Due to occupancy levels, early check-ins are not available
• If arriving prior to check-in, our bell staff can hold luggage if your guest room is not available
• If you desire early access to your room, we suggest reserving the night prior to guarantee access
• Skip the line and check-in online, download the Grand Geneva App from the App Store or on Google Play

Arriving for Event:

• If possible, we suggest arriving dressed for the event
• If you require a place to change, locker room facilities are available at WELL Spa + Salon

Wedding Weekend Assistance:

• Please stop by our Concierge desk or dial extension 3121 if you require any assistance with dinner reservations, tee times, lift tickets, directions or resort activities or you may reserve on the Grand Geneva App
• Pre-wedding spa services are also available including blowouts, manicures, pedicures and more, you may reserve your services online or via the Grand Geneva App
• You may also text us anytime at 262.295.7200 and our team will be more than happy to assist

Wedding Photos:

• Show us your wedding memories on social media by tagging Grand Geneva and using #LoveisGrand throughout the weekend

Guest Room Location:

• Please note, while a portion of guest rooms have been reserved by the Bridal Party, your guest room location will be determined by the room type you selected and any accessibility requirements
• For special requests near wedding venues due to mobility issues, please email us at reservations@GrandGeneva.com in advance so we can assist you in the best way possible
