Summer temperatures may still stick around the Midwest for a few more weeks, but Fall officially starts on the autumn equinox September 23. This season brings cooler weather and colorful foliage, a winning combination for your Lake Geneva getaway. Keep an eye on the Wisconsin Fall Color Report for optimal leaf-looking opportunities.
Bring your favorite flannel and come explore the abundance of Fall activities Lake Geneva has to offer. We’ve also got a list of the top five things to do at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva this season.
5. Fall back in love with a romantic date night (or getaway) at Grand Geneva. Fall Wine Dinners the first weekends of September and October showcase the best of the culinary tradition at the resort. Make a night of it with the Grand Romance package and enjoy spa services in addition to a world-class dinner.
And if you need another reason to visit this fall, Breast Cancer Awareness blankets the resort in pink during October. Grand Geneva turns our water fountains pink and donates $25 from every room package to the local Aurora Health Care Foundation – Breast Cancer Fund. Roughly 1/3 of the women in Wisconsin newly diagnosed with breast cancer chose Aurora Cancer Center for their care. We're also building awareness with pink flags and cups displayed on The Brute and The Highlands golf courses. Buy a set of pink balls at the Golf Pro Shop or a pink Cipriani cocktail in Ristorante Brissago and we’ll donate a portion of those proceeds, too!
