While we always strive to maintain the highest standards when it comes to cleaning at WELL Spa, we are taking it even further by increasing the frequency of our cleanings and concentrating on high traffic areas.
We are taking the following steps:
In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and industry recommendations,, guests will be required to wear a mask or face covering while in the WELL Spa. If you are having hair services, please wear a face covering that fits around the ears allowing for your hair service to be performed without removing the face covering. Masks or face coverings are not required: outdoors; while eating or drinking at a restaurant/bar; or while swimming.
Face coverings are required in all other settings, including outdoors and while working out.
If you need a mask, please request one at the Front Desk. We appreciate your cooperation.
We will be following new disinfecting guidelines which include frequent cleaning and sanitizing throughout the spa.
We will have extra disinfecting stations in the fitness center for member and guest use and appreciate your assistance wiping down the equipment after you use it.
Our associates will wear face coverings while inside WELL Spa and serving guests and will wash their hands before and after each service.
Our associates will have their temperatures checked before beginning their workday at WELL Spa.
Advance reservations are recommended for spa and salon services. Please visit our website (grandgeneva.com/well-spa) for availability and to book your appointment.
We are limiting the number of people in areas at one time to ensure social distancing. We have placed social distancing signage throughout the spa and have relocated some fitness equipment to the volleyball court to achieve this. As such, the indoor volleyball court will be temporarily unavailable.
Pickleball and tennis are available indoors at this time. Reservations are required. Face masks are required to be worn while playing.
We appreciate hugs and handshakes, but we will be waving and using verbal greetings for the time being.
In addition to the steps above, we will require your assistance on the following:
If you have a fever, chills, cough, muscle pains, headache, loss of taste or smell, or think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please cancel your appointment and refrain from visiting. If you have known symptoms or exposure, your appointment will be canceled at no charge.
All guests will be required to report any symptoms upon arrival at the WELL Spa and prior to receiving services.
When you arrive at WELL Spa, you will have your temperature taken with a non-contact digital forehead thermometer. Clients with a temperature above 100 degrees will be asked to cancel their appointment/refrain from working out. A cancellation fee will not be charged.
Please arrive for your appointment alone, as we are limited on the number of people in the WELL Spa at one time.
Please observe the occupancy signs for the indoor pool, group classes and locker rooms.
If you have a disability or health condition and have concerns about your ability to comply with any of the above requirements, please contact us 24-hours prior your appointment at email@example.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs
