Important Message For Skiers - Coronavirus (COVID-19)

As you plan your visit to our ski hill, you may have questions about our efforts to address Coronavirus (COVID-19).  While we do not foresee any issues during your visit, please be assured that we are taking this matter very seriously, with the health and wellness of our guests and associates as our foremost concern.  Every day, we closely monitor and analyze the developments and statements from local, national and international health agencies, and we are taking actions to comply with the directives based on facts and medical science.

While we always strive to maintain the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our resort, we are taking it even further by increasing the frequency of our cleanings and concentrating on high traffic areas.

  • In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and industry recommendations, for fully vaccinated guests, masks are now optional. Unvaccinated guests ages 2 and older are required to wear masks when indoors or in an enclosed space and other people are present in the same room or space. 
  • If you need a mask, please request one from a member of our staff.
  • Please respect other skiers by social distancing, so that everyone is comfortable in their space. 
  • Lift lines have been configured to allow for social distancing. Guests are asked to self-group and load the chair with their traveling party. Single chair rides will be required for nonparty access.  
  • Food and beverage offerings have been adjusted to comply with Wisconsin COVID-19 requirements.

Additionally, we are taking the following precautions:

  • Lift tickets, Rentals, and Lessons will be sold online only with a set amount available per day.
  • Guests are encouraged to get ready in their car upon arrival.
  • We are ensuring associates follow procedural protocols of frequent hand washing, through regular communication, signage in key associate areas, and providing additional hand sanitizer dispensers. 
  • Our associates will wear face coverings while serving guests indoors.
  • We are increasing the frequency of cleaning high-touch surfaces and additional cleaning of rental equipment pre and post skiing.
  • We are reinforcing training procedures with the support of our vendor-partner Ecolab, to ensure cleaning processes are routinely executed at the highest standards by our employees.
  • If an associate appears to be suffering from flu-like symptoms, they will be asked to promptly seek medical attention and will be prohibited from returning to work until they are free of symptoms.

Our leadership team is meeting daily to monitor the situation, and we pledge to continue addressing this important matter with the utmost care, which will include staying in communication with our guests as we have updates to share.
We hope the above measures address any concerns regarding the proper handling of the Coronavirus situation.

  • Lift tickets will be sold online only with limited availability each day. 
  • After you purchase online, redeem your ticket at the outdoor window or indoors at the kiosk, pending social distancing availability. 
  • Guests are encouraged to boot up and get ready in their cars.
  • No one will be able to enter the grounds without an access ticket. 

ON the Mountain

  • Please respect social distancing while in lift lines. 
  • Lift lines are configured to allow safe social distancing. 
  • Skiers should self group and load the chair with their traveling party.
  • Single chair rides will be required for nonparty access. 
  • Single only lines have been added. 

snow sports school

  • All lessons will be sold online in advance only. (48 hours advance reservations required).
  • Snow Cubs and Mountain Mites kid's programs will be offered for the 2020-21 season with added safety precautions and social distancing guidelines. 
  • All skiers are encouraged to boot up and get ready in their cars with the exception of those utilizing rental equipment. 
  • All lessons will meet at the designated area outside at the Ski School meeting place.

  • Rentals will be sold online in advance only.
  • Night before rentals pick-up encouraged.
  • Time slots for pick up will be assigned based on preference to provide safe social distancing at all times. 
  • Expect significant occupancy reduction in the rental area.  
  • Enhanced disinfecting procedures have been added for rental cleanliness. 

food and beverage

  • Our employees have returned to wearing masks for their protection and that of our guests, fellow co-workers, and community.

group sales

  • Tickets will be available for pickup at the outdoor pickup window. 
  • Tickets will be given to one group representative.  
  • All groups are encouraged to boot up and get ready in their cars unless they are utilizing rental equipment. 

season passes

  • Season passes are available for purchase online and include unlimited skiing. 
  • Season pass holders get access to premier skiing availability every day of the season including no restrictions on lift availability. 


  • Please respect the Social Distancing of others so everyone is comfortable. 
  • Our employees have returned to wearing masks for their protection and that of our guests, fellow co-workers, and community.   
  • No fitting of soft goods allowed: goggles, face masks, eyewear, clothing, etc
  • All sales are final.

sledding/ice skating

  • Advance online reservations are required for sledding and ice skating. 
  • Sled and skate rentals must also be purchased in advance online.
  • A ticket is required to enter the sledding or ice skating area.
