Happy 25th Birthday, Grand Geneva! 2019 marks twenty-five years since Marcus Hotels & Resorts opened our resort and spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The rich history proceeding our resort is just one chapter of our story. Marcus transformed these 1,300 acres into the Midwest's premier vacation destination and conference center. Home to hundreds of weddings, thousands of meetings and countless trips with family and friends, Grand Geneva looks forward to the next tenure of memories!
When Grand Geneva first opened in May 1994, it had just undergone a major renovation after Marcus Hotels and Resorts purchased the property. We continue improving the property with our latest renovation perfecting our largest event space and The Grand Suite.
To this day, we still "invite you to revel in the complete resort experience. With first-class accommodations and impeccable service, Grand Geneva is still the Midwest's premier vacation destination. Set on 1,300 rolling acres of picturesque Wisconsin countryside in an area rich with tradition, a stay at Grand Geneva is to sample what we call, 'The Grand Life.'
From the moment you arrive, our professional staff will see to your every need, giving you the chance to unwind and consider choices as pleasant as they are endless. Extraordinary golf, horseback riding, sparkling pools - both indoor and out - snow skiing and full spa facilities. Everything set gracefully along our private lake.
From our 355 comfortable guest rooms and suites, to the majestic lobby and cozy lounge, to three unique restaurants - Grand Geneva offers a resort experience like nowhere else in the Midwest."
