Intern and Co-Op Work

As an Intern or Co-Op Worker you may participate in either a 12 week program (3 months) or 26 week program (6 months). The length of the program you choose determines the rotation schedule through the various areas. The internship entails working an average of 40 to 50 hours a week, and 5 to 6 days per week. Students must be able to work any shift and any day.

Internship and Co-Op programs are available in the following areas:

• Housekeeping
• Banquets
• Golf
• Front Office
• Restaurants
• Culinary
