Q. Do I need a credit card to check-in?

A. Yes, a major credit card must be presented at check-in for each reservation.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s room and tax.

Q. What does the Resort Fee cover and is it mandatory?

A. The Resort Fee is a mandatory fee, per each night of your stay. A number of services are included, such as high speed Internet access, and are detailed on the Reservation Policy page.

Q. How can we enter Timber Ridge’s Moose Mountain Falls waterpark?

A. Guests can purchase passes to Moose Mountain Falls for $25-$30 per person, plus tax, based on availability. During high demand periods, passes may sell out and therefore are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Passes will be pre-charged upon reservation and have a 72 hour cancelation policy. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours will forfeit the pre-charged amount. Please inquire at time of reservation. Passes are required for all guests over the age of 12 months. Observer passes can be purchased for half price, depending on availability at the waterpark.

Q. Do you allow pets in your hotel?

A. Grand Geneva offers a pet club program for dogs 25 pounds and under for $65 per night or $75 for two dogs. The pet fee is pre-charged upon booking. We have a two dog maximum. Service animals are always welcome. Learn more about the Grand Geneva Pet Club. Limited number of pet rooms are available, located courtside of the resort, based on availability.

Q. Are there age requirements to reserve a hotel room and check-in?

A. Yes, you must be 21 or older to reserve a room and stay at Grand Geneva.

Q. Are there minimum length of stay requirements that have to be met?

A. Sometimes there may be minimum length of stay restrictions set up for a particular set of dates or on weekends at the Main Lodge at Grand Geneva and at The Villas at Grand Geneva. Please speak to our reservations team for more information on length of stay requirements (877) 741-9598.

Q. Are reservations required for spa services?

A. To ensure availability, spa reservations at WELL Spa should be made several weeks in advance. Salon services are available to all ages, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Call for reservations at 888 392-8000 Ext 3778 or reserve online

Q. Are there age requirements?

A. For guests 16 years and younger, please inquire about service availability with reservations or at the spa desk.

Q. What activities does Grand Geneva offer?

A. Two award-winning golf courses, indoor and outdoor tennis, WELL Spa, downhill skiing and Fitness Center, indoor and outdoor pools, horseback riding, bike rentals, and hay or sleigh rides depending on the season. Please visit the Activities page for more information.

Q. Are child care or kids activities available?

A. Yes, a daily Kids Are Grand program provides activities for children up to 12 years of age. For more details or for reservations call (262) 249-4560.

Q. Are there refrigerators in the rooms?

A. Yes, a mini-refrigerator is in each room.

Q. Are pack & plays or rollaway beds available?

A. Yes, these items are available upon request, as follows:

  • Pack & Plays: Complimentary
  • Rollaway: $15 per night

Q. Is there a Concierge Service?

A. Concierge Service is available by calling 262-248-8811 ext 3121. The Concierge desk is located in the lobby of the hotel and will be happy to assist with special requests.

Q. Do you have a shuttle to/from the airport?

A. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle.
However visit the Directions page for airport shuttle options or concierge assistance.

Q. Do you have Room Service and if so, what are the hours?

A. Yes, room service is available daily from 6:00am until midnight. Visit In-Room Dining.

Q. We will be driving to the resort. Can you give us directions to your hotel?

A. Driving directions to the hotel can be found on the directions page.

Q. Are there hair dryers in the rooms?

A. Yes, hair dryers are available in each room. For a list of in-room amenities, please see services and amenities.

Q. Do you have high speed Internet access in the guestrooms? If so, what are the charges?

A. Yes, high speed wireless Internet access is available in all guestrooms at the Lodge at Grand Geneva. Access is through a cable Internet connection with average speed of 1.5 Mbps. For computers without a wireless card, adapters are available at the front desk. High speed Internet access is included in the Resort Fee.

Q. We will arrive before check-in, what is the provision for storing luggage?

A. Your luggage will gladly be stored at no charge until your check-in.

Q. Are hover boards or skate boards allowed at the resort?

A. The use of hover boards, scooters and skateboards, etc. is prohibited anywhere on resort property.

Q. Are drones allowed at the resort?

A. Due to safety issues, drones are prohibited on the resort grounds.

Q. Are firearms allowed at the resort?

A. Firearms are prohibited on the resort grounds.

Q. Is camping allowed on property?

A. We have 355 guest rooms at Grand Geneva and 225 suites at Timber Ridge Lodge, but no tent camping or RV's are allowed on resort grounds.

Q. Where are the Villas located at Grand Geneva?

A. The Villas are privately located near WELL Spa + Salon, 0.7 miles off of Highway 50.

Q. Where do I check-in if I am staying in a Villa?

A. Guests staying in the Villas will check-in at the Main Lodge at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

Q. Do I need a credit card to check-in?

A. Yes, a major credit card must be presented at check-in for each reservation.

Q. Is bell service available to me upon check-in?

A. Bell service is available upon request.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival or you will be charged for one night’s room and tax. A $35 processing fee will be charged with any cancellation.

Q. Is a deposit required at the time of reservation?

A. Yes, a one night deposit is collected at the time of the reservation. 

Q. Is a security deposit required?

A. Yes, a $250 deposit is authorized at check-in on the credit card provided upon arrival. This amount will be released within 5-7 business days after check-out.

Q. What does the Resort Fee cover and is it mandatory?

A. The Resort Fee is a mandatory fee, per each night of your stay. A number of services are included, such as high speed Internet access, and are detailed on the Villa Amenities page.

Q. Where do I park if I am staying in a Villa?

A. Self parking is complimentary. There will be one reserved parking spot near each Villa entrance. Additional parking is also available in the Villa parking lots. Valet parking is available complimentary when at the Main Lodge.

Q. Do I need a parking pass if I am staying in a Villa?

A. Yes, a parking pass is required for each car staying overnight in the Villa. 

Q. Are ADA units available in a Villa?

A. Yes, please call reservations to inquire on exact room types available.

Q. How can we enter Timber Ridge’s Moose Mountain Falls water park?

Q. Can outside guests be invited to my Villa?

A. Guests are welcome to your Villa as long as noise is limited and quiet hours are observed. Villas can’t be used to host large parties or events.

A. Yes, you must be 25 or older to reserve a room and stay in a Villa at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa.

Q. Are pack & plays or roll-away beds available?

A. Pack and plays are complimentary and are available upon request. Roll-aways are not available in the Villas.

Q. Is there a Concierge Service?

A. Yes, we do have select items available for delivery. You can order prior to arrival, and they will be pre-stocked in your room for you.

Q. Are there outside grills available for use?

A. Yes, gas grills are located in the Villa outdoor space for guest use.

Q. We will be driving to the resort. Can you give us directions to your hotel?

A. Driving directions to the Villas can be found on the directions page.

Q. Do you have high speed Internet access in the guest rooms? If so, what are the charges?

A. Yes, high speed wireless Internet access is available in all Villas at Grand Geneva and is include in the nightly resort fee.

Q. Can DVD/Blu-ray/Video game consoles be connected to the television in the guest room?

A. Yes, Smart televisions are in each Villa. 

Q. Are bicycles available for rent?

A. Yes, bikes are available for rent by the hour or day at The Mountain Top Ski and Adventure Center.

Q. Is there bicycle storage for personal bikes?

A. Yes, there is a small exterior storage shed at each Villas that is secured. 

Q. Is smoking permitted within the resort or guest rooms?

A. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking is not permitted in the Villa pool area.  

Q. Are hover boards or skate boards allowed at the resort?

A. The use of hover boards, scooters and skateboards, etc. is prohibited anywhere on resort property.

Q. Are drones allowed at the resort?

A. Due to safety issues, drones are prohibited on the resort grounds.

Q. Are personal fireworks allowed at the resort?

A. Due to safety issues, no personal fireworks are allowed on resort grounds.

Q. Is camping allowed on property?

A. We have 355 guest rooms at Grand Geneva, 29 Villas at Grand Geneva and 225 suites at Timber Ridge Lodge, but no tent camping or RV's are allowed on resort grounds.
