The 16th Annual Illumination Ceremony

Join Grand Geneva at the kick off to the annual six-week long Christmas in the Country Celebration on Sunday, November 21 at 4:30pm in the Grand Ballroom at Grand Geneva Resort, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.. We are once again partnering with the Walworth Country Deputy Sheriffs Department to support Toys for Kids. We ask that everyone bring a new, unwrapped toy or article of clothing to Toys for Kids. Kids in need range from infants to 18 years of age. More than a million lights will be illuminated followed by a Grand Fireworks display. Enjoy holiday cookies, hot apple cider and live music and performances of selected scenes from the popular "Hooray for Holidays!" and Badger Bach Band. Join Phoenix Rising Entertainment as we present our 11th season of live entertainment at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa. “Hooray For Holidays!” 2010 is sure to be a crowd pleaser for the kids, parents and grandparents alike! Ten energetic and engaging vocalists and a superb, five piece live orchestra, “The Mistletones”, will treat you to a spectacular two hour stage production full of lavish costumes, exciting choreography and over 50 memorable Christmas tunes both sacred and secular. Along with audience favorites, our Nativity Pageant and the always popular “Hurry, Hurry!”, there will be many new surprises for 2010! Make sure to plan your trip to Grand Geneva this season and make “Hooray For Holidays!” part of your holiday tradition!

Gingerbread House Display

Area residents, in both amateur and professional, adult and child categories, display their masterpieces beginning November 21 through the holidays. Come in and view those fabulous creations!

Tom's Holiday Song-Fest

Swinghurst

The kids will love being entertained while singing along and playing instruments with area musician, Tom Stanfield at "Tom's Holiday Song-Fest." This highly energized, interactive children's show will take place from 10-11:00AM every Saturday in December leading up to Christmas.

Jingle Bell Jazz

Jive your way into the holiday spirit with “The Mistletones” as they swing to “Jingle Bell Jazz”, twenty minutes of red-hot holiday music. Throughout the season resort guests will be treated to surprise appearances by members of the cast of “Hooray For Holidays!”. Presented each afternoon in the Lobby Lounge at 4:30PM Tuesday through Sunday, “Jingle Bell Jazz” is guaranteed to put a jolly smile on you face, an elf-like spring in your step and leave you with a ho-ho-ho in your heart!
