Special Fitness Class: The MELT Method

Join movement coach, Salle Huber for a weekend of workshops in The MELT Method, the evidence-based self-care therapy from the NY Times bestselling book, The MELT Method by manual therapist Sue Hitzmann. It’s time to tap into your body’s natural healing mechanisms by approaching your healthcare as an inside job…with an easy-to-learn method you can do at home, every day.  

The classes will take place at the WELL Spa:

  • April 30 at 11:15am
  • May 1 at 10:15am

Members price for class: $45
Non-Members price for class: $45 + day pass of $10
Limit 25 people per class
Class is 90 minutes 

Salle Huber is a fully-certified Level 1&2 Stott Pilates Instructor and an advanced MELT Method Instructor who has been a pioneer for fascial self-care and wellness in the Midwest since becoming the first full MELT Instructor in the region. Trained in the MELT hand/foot treatment, Length roller techniques, MELT on Pilates and MELT NeuroStrength, Salle will help you transform your wellness routine so that you can feel and function at your unique best for a lifetime!

Fitness Center Hours:

Monday-Friday: 6am-9pm
Saturday: 7am-8pm
Sunday: 7am-7pm
Hours are subject to change.

Fitness Center Age Requirements:

Lap Pool: 18+ no exceptions
Fitness Equipment: 18+ no exceptions
Group Exercise Fitness Classes: 16+ no exceptions
Basketball & Volleyball Courts: 16+ (If the child is under 16, an adult must be on the court with the child)
Tennis Courts: 16+ (If under 16, the reservation must be made by an adult and adult supervision is required for the court use)
Locker Rooms 18+ (Younger children are allowed to use the handicapped single restrooms while accompanied by parent)
Spa Services 18+ (If under 18, a parent or guardian must complete a waiver and be present for the service. Massage services for those under 18 will need to be conducted by a therapist of the same gender)
