Grand Geneva employs a team building staff dedicated to corporate activities—great sparks for fostering cooperation, enthusiasm and interaction through programs customized to your staff. Whether you’re looking to spend an hour or a few days with us, we’ll use the responses from your team building assessment to tailor an experience based on your team’s goals, needs and physical abilities. So whether you need to motivate new employees and leadership or if your group just needs a kick-start to regain focus, we know how to get you on track.
Team Building Activities Include:
Corporate Adventures: Spider webs! Toxic waste! Acid Rivers! The challenges of the jungle meet the rustic beauty of Grand Geneva with Corporate Adventures. Emphasizing cooperation, communication and problem solving, participants learn to work as a team while increasing trust and enhancing creativity.
Olympic Programs: Nothing builds camaraderie like a little friendly competition. With Grand Geneva’s Olympic Programs, challenge you team to traditional sports, like basketball, tennis, rock climbing and relays; or try a few of our less-traditional sports. Blind volleyball anyone?
Scavenger Hunts: It’s the classic game we all remember with a few twists. Choose between the Traditional Hunt and the Grand Race, divide into teams of six to eight and let the fun begin. All of our hunts take place on the grounds of Grand Geneva, with points awarded at the end of the hunt.
The Grand Challenges: Based on your team assessment, we will select from more than 100 activities to best serve the needs of your group. The challenge can be done competitively of just for fun—participation is our main goal. We provide staff, equipment and program space. Programs can range from one to three hours for groups of eight or more.
Rock Climbing: A fitting analogy for the corporate world, Grand Geneva’s rock climbing program requires goal setting, communication and trust. Using our 35 foot high indoor climbing wall, this program lasts between two and three hours and will utilize both.
